As reported by industry sources, Housefull 5 garnered Rs 32 crore on its third day, bringing its total earnings to Rs 87 crore within just three days of release.
Unique Dual Versions of Housefull 5
The film's creators have introduced two distinct versions, each featuring different conclusions. In one version, police officers portrayed by Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff uncover that Abhishek Bachchan's character, Jalbhushan, is the murderer, alongside Fardeen Khan's character, Dev. Conversely, the alternate version reveals Chitrangda Singh's character, Maya, as the killer, in collaboration with Jalbhushan. Ultimately, the characters claiming to be Jolly are exposed as impostors, with Bobby Deol making a cameo as the genuine Jolly.
