Here’s a look at the box office earnings for Housefull 5 so far.
Box Office Collection Update for Housefull 5:
As reported by industry sources, Housefull 5 experienced a slight decline in ticket sales on Monday but continues to perform well in cinemas. Preliminary estimates indicate that the film garnered ₹13.50 crore on its fourth day, bringing its total earnings to ₹101 crore within just four days.
The cast also includes notable actors such as Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey, and Johnny Lever. The leading ladies are portrayed by Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa, and Soundarya Sharma.
Housefull 5 stands out for its dual endings, with Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff playing police officers investigating the mysterious deaths on the cruise. In version ‘A’, Abhishek Bachchan's character, Jalbhushan, is revealed as the murderer alongside Fardeen Khan's character, Dev. Conversely, in the alternate version, Chitrangada Singh's character, Maya, is implicated as the killer alongside Jalbhushan. Additionally, characters pretending to be Jolly are exposed as impostors, while Bobby Deol makes a cameo as the genuine Jolly.
This is not the first time an Indian film has utilized the strategy of releasing multiple versions. The 1998 Malayalam film Harikrishnans also adopted this method and achieved remarkable success, featuring stars Mohanlal and Mammootty alongside Juhi Chawla, creating significant anticipation among fans.
