The Punisher: One Last Kill is set to debut on May 12 on Disney+ and on May 13 on JioHotstar, where Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle. He will also return as The Punisher in Brand New Day this summer. Recently, he featured in a surprise prequel episode of The Bear titled Gary, co-written with Ebon Moss-Bachrach, where their characters embark on a road trip from Chicago to Gary, Indiana. The Bear is expected to conclude with its fifth season in June 2026, and Bernthal is anticipated to appear in the final episode. He and Moss-Bachrach are also making their Broadway debuts in the stage adaptation of Dog Day Afternoon. Both The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day are scheduled for release in July.
