Kickoff of Junior Titans Initiative

The Gujarat Titans have officially launched the third edition of their Junior Titans program, a grassroots initiative designed to inspire children under the age of 14 to participate in outdoor sports and physical activities. The inaugural event took place in Surendranagar.

Held at the Cambridge School of Excellence, this one-day community sports event attracted over 900 children from more than 20 schools, including both private and government institutions. The event featured a variety of enjoyable and inclusive games aimed at fostering active lifestyles and the joy of outdoor play.

Building a Legacy of Community Involvement

As highlighted in the release, the first two editions of Junior Titans successfully engaged over 10,000 children across various cities in Gujarat, enhancing connections with schools, families, and local communities. The initiative prioritizes participation over competition, utilizing sports as a tool to promote teamwork, confidence, and healthy habits among young participants.

Expanding the Initiative's Reach

The Surendranagar event marks the initial stop of the third edition of Junior Titans, which will extend to four additional cities in Gujarat as part of the Titans' ongoing grassroots outreach beyond Ahmedabad.

Colonel Arvinder Singh, COO of Gujarat Titans, expressed, "Junior Titans has always aimed to bring sports closer to children and communities. The positive response in Surendranagar reinforces our commitment to creating inclusive platforms where children can enjoy outdoor play and physical activity. As we embark on the third edition, our focus remains on participation and meaningful community engagement."
