In discussing his character's appearance, Gaurav explained, "The beard was a significant part of the look." He mentioned that casting director Mukesh Chhabra suggested he maintain a beard for the role, which director Aditya later approved. Gera noted that the filming schedule had gaps, allowing him to grow his beard over 22 days. He shared, "In 1.5 to 2 years, I had a few chances to shave. After each shoot, I would start growing my beard again. That was the essence of the look. My hair was trimmed, and I was advised to stop coloring it. At 50, I embraced my natural white hair, which made me feel like a different person altogether."
