Farah Khan Addresses Allegations of Favoritism

Farah Khan has finally spoken out regarding the accusations of bias linked to her hosting duties on the reality series "Lock Up 2." Following Shreya Kalra's victory, concerns were raised about Farah's possible favoritism, especially given their ties to the same digital media company. In her recent food vlog, Farah discussed the situation and shared when she first became aware of Shreya's affiliation with the organization.

During a visit to Shreya's residence, Farah engaged with her and her family, tackling the allegations that had stirred debate among fans. Some viewers suggested that Farah's support for Shreya stemmed from their shared connection to the same company. Farah directly asked Shreya if they had met prior to the show, to which Shreya responded, "No, never." She clarified that she only learned about their connection after the rumors began circulating, stating, "I found out two weeks later because people started saying that I am a biased host." Farah reiterated that she had no knowledge of Shreya's link to the company before the controversy erupted.

In light of the trolling and speculation, Farah highlighted that the company has numerous content creators, mentioning, "There are 70 content creators in Kyu Ki." After the allegations surfaced, she reached out to the Chief Innovation Officer of the digital media firm to confirm Shreya's involvement. Farah recounted her discussion with Sagar Gokhale, who verified that Shreya had been a creator for quite some time, which took Farah by surprise as she was previously unaware. She questioned the foundation of the claims, asking, "How was I biased towards you?" Shreya's playful reply brought laughter to the room, as she quipped, "You shouted at me even in the first week. You shouted when I did something good!"

Ultimately, "Lock Up 2" wrapped up with Shreya Kalra taking home the trophy and a cash prize of ₹1 crore. Shivangi Joshi was the first runner-up, while Yogesh Rawat secured the second runner-up position. With Farah Khan now clarifying her stance, she has made it clear that she was unaware of Shreya's connection to the company during her time as host. Shreya's candid remarks also added a humorous touch to the situation, offering viewers a glimpse into their dynamic amidst the allegations.
