Ryan Coogler has officially revealed that the much-anticipated sequel to Black Panther will hit theaters on December 15, 2028. During this announcement, Coogler introduced David Johnson as the new Black Panther, a role that honors the legacy of the late Chadwick Boseman’s T'Challa. Johnson shared his excitement about joining the Marvel family and expressed eagerness for upcoming projects, including a film titled Avengers: Doomsday, also set for a December release.

Avengers: Doomsday promises to be a blockbuster, directed by the renowned duo Anthony and Joe Russo. The film will feature a stellar cast, including Tenoch Huerta, David Harbour, Rebecca Romijn, Kelsey Grammer, and James Marsden, alongside returning stars like Letitia Wright as Black Panther and Winston Duke as M'Baku. Fans can expect an engaging storyline as the heroes band together to face a new formidable foe, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. as Victor Von Doom.
