The beloved series Stranger Things is making a comeback, but this time in animated form. The new series, titled Stranger Things: Tales From '85, will take fans back to Hawkins, as revealed in the recently released trailer. This animated spin-off is set between the second and third seasons and features familiar characters like Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, and Max as they face new threats from the Upside Down. Developed by Eric Robles and produced by the original creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, the series is scheduled to debut on April 23.

The Duffer Brothers aim to evoke the essence of an '80s Saturday-morning cartoon within the Stranger Things universe through this animated series. Showrunner Eric Robles explained, "It's like Hawkins Lab science meets Upside Down matter. When you combine them, you get the kinds of creatures we have in our world."
