On July 12, in Mumbai, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who recently became a mother, expressed that self-care involves cherishing the little daily rituals that bring happiness.
She shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram stories, showcasing herself with a facial mask and a gentle smile.
In her post, she captioned: “For me, self-care is about embracing the small, everyday rituals that bring joy. As we observe self-care month, why not take a moment for yourself?”
In other developments, Deepika has joined the cast of the ambitious project tentatively named “AA22XA6,” alongside Allu Arjun and director Atlee.

They also released a video featuring Atlee discussing the script with Deepika.
The footage hints at Deepika portraying a queen, showcasing her in motion capture scenes where she rides a horse and wields a sword.
Additionally, the clip features Allu Arjun conversing with Mike Elizalde, president of Spectral Motion, about the script.
Currently, Deepika is balancing her acting career with her new role as a mother to her daughter Dua, whom she and her husband Ranveer Singh welcomed in September 2024.
Deepika and Ranveer began their relationship in 2012 during the filming of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and tied the knot in 2018 in a beautiful ceremony at Lake Como, Italy.
Her most recent appearance on screen was in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, which features a star-studded cast including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Shweta Tiwari, Dayanand Shetty, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.
