He questioned, “Perhaps I lack the intellect that the CBFC or its members possess. Why mute some abuses while allowing others to remain? If the film is rated 18+, what is the rationale behind censoring any language at all?” He further pondered who the board is attempting to protect with their inconsistent censorship, especially when the film will be available on OTT platforms without such restrictions.
