He made his debut with El Paso Locomotive FC during a match against New Mexico United on Saturday, which was part of the United Soccer League Cup. Unfortunately, the Texas team faced a 2-0 loss. Fernandez, who joined the team in May after a successful trial period, came on as a substitute for Rubio Rubin in the 79th minute.
