Filmmaker Santosh Kumar RS has accused the creators of the Ranveer Singh-led project of plagiarism, claiming that his original script has been copied. It was emphasized that the storyline of Dhurandhar 2 is an original concept created by Aditya, who registered the script with the Screenwriters Association in September 2023, while Santosh claims to have registered his script in November 2023.
