BTS's Exciting Comeback with '2.0'

Since their return with the album ARIRANG, BTS has captured the hearts of fans worldwide. Following the success of their title track 'SWIM', which broke numerous records, the iconic boy band—comprising RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—is set to dazzle audiences once more. Just a week before embarking on a global tour, they released a new music video for their second track, '2.0'. This song presents a stark contrast to 'SWIM', which conveyed themes of resilience and personal growth post-military service. In contrast, '2.0' is an upbeat, high-energy track with a fresh narrative.

Music Video Release for '2.0'

BIGHIT Music launched the music video on April 1, following a captivating 30-second teaser that generated significant buzz among fans. The full video showcases all seven members embodying mafia and gangster personas, complete with stylish beards and sunglasses, transporting viewers back to the 1970s. The vibe quickly shifts to a hip-hop atmosphere as they change outfits on screen, creating a lively and entertaining experience. The choreography, featuring scenes from washrooms to alleyways, promises to make '2.0' the next dance sensation.

Details on '2.0'

'2.0' is the fifth track from BTS's 2026 album ARIRANG, produced by Mike WiLL Made-It and Pluss. The song marks a new era for BTS, with contributions from members RM, J-Hope, V, Jungkook, Suga, and various producers. All members lend their voices, while background vocals are provided by J-Hope, Jungkook, Suga, and RM. BTS previously showcased '2.0' on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon' and included it in their setlist during the Gwanghwamun Square concert. Recently, both ARIRANG and 'SWIM' debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making BTS the first group to achieve simultaneous top spots on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200 multiple times.

BTS's Upcoming World Tour

BTS is set to kick off their world tour on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea, continuing through 2027. This tour signifies their full return to live performances after completing mandatory military service. Spanning over 82 dates across 34 cities in 23 countries, it will be the first BTS concert with a full audience since the Love Yourself World Tour in 2018 and 2019, following the cancellation of the Map of the Soul Tour in 2020 due to the pandemic.
