BTS's comeback album has made waves by securing a spot on the Billboard 200, marking a significant achievement as the first K-Pop album to remain in the top 3 for four consecutive weeks. Following three weeks at the top, ARIRANG has now reached No. 3 on the chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.
Previously, ARIRANG was the first album by a Korean artist to spend more than one week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and now it continues to break records.
ARIRANG has had the biggest opening week of 2026 thus far, competing against new releases from artists like Ye (formerly Kanye West), Melanie Martinez, and Yeat, all of whom have debuted in the top 10 of the latest Billboard 200 chart.
Fans took to social media to celebrate this milestone, expressing their pride and excitement. One fan remarked, "ARIRANG is for the books. BTS coming back from a 4-year hiatus, stronger than ever. Congratulations BTS!" Another fan added, "So well deserved. BTS you are absolute legends, and so is ARMY." The comment section was filled with heart emojis and expressions of love from the devoted fanbase.
ARIRANG was released in physical formats such as CD, vinyl, and cassette on March 27, followed by its digital and streaming launch on March 28.
