Just months after their wedding, Avika announced that she and Milind have relocated to Bangkok, where they have purchased a new home that she is currently decorating to reflect her style. The couple had been together for seven years before tying the knot.

Despite the relocation, Avika's professional commitments in India remain intact. Even while living in Mumbai, she frequently traveled for shoots in Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, and Visakhapatnam, leading her to realize that Mumbai didn't have to be her only base. Just a month into their move, she is already back in Hyderabad and Mumbai for work.

Avika expressed her excitement about setting up their new home, stating, "For the first time, I’m deciding everything myself, from the furniture to how the house will look."
