Archana Puran Singh’s Honest Confession

During a conversation with a media outlet, Archana expressed her surprise at the overwhelming support she has received from audiences. She joined 'The Kapil Sharma Show' as a judge in 2019 and, throughout her time there, she declined various film roles. This led to a decrease in offers as people began to stop approaching her for acting gigs. She recounted a specific instance where she was invited to shoot a film in Scotland for 25 years but had to decline due to her commitments to the show. Archana remarked, “I ended up saying no to a lot of films. And since I’ve said no so many times, people stopped approaching me for acting assignments.”

Now, she is thrilled that 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' is available on Netflix. Archana also revealed that her role in 'Toaster' came about thanks to her previous collaboration with Rajkummar Rao on 'Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video', where they developed a strong professional rapport.
