Anjali Anand's Perspective on Kindness

Anjali Anand's Message of Self-Acceptance
She further elaborated, “I’m not here to advocate for anything specific. My goal is to inspire individuals to embrace their true selves, regardless of their size or shape. Authenticity is what leads to success. The body positivity movement has been thopoed onto me because of my work, but my primary focus is acting. If I can motivate others through my actions, that’s a bonus.”
Anjali Anand on Health and Fitness
Anjali also clarified her views on health, stating, “I’m not discouraging anyone from losing weight, nor am I pushing them to do so. If you’re content with who you are, that’s what matters. If you’re not, then change is an option. I’m happy with myself, and when I feel unfit, I hit the gym. I’m healthy and fit, and I know that every fit body looks different. While people may have their opinions, I focus on my work and my intentions.”
With her role in Dhamaal 4, Anjali makes a notable return to the Rs 100 crore club, following her appearance in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
