Mumbai, Sep 29: The iconic Amitabh Bachchan brought laughter to the audience of Kaun Banega Crorepati 18 with his quick wit when a contestant mentioned he had brought his girlfriend to the show.
This revelation led Big B to humorously reflect on his own experiences, admitting he had never had the chance to make such a declaration at home.
During his interaction with quiz expert Ajay Poonia, Amitabh joked, “I have turned 84, sir, and not once have I had the opportunity to say at home that I brought my girlfriend.”
The light-hearted exchange began as Amitabh introduced Ajay, who shared insights about his career as a quizzer. The veteran actor playfully remarked that he was surprised to learn one could actually earn a living from hosting quizzes.
The conversation took a fun twist when Amitabh discovered that Ajay not only designs most of his quizzes but also had a companion with him for support during the show.
When Big B inquired about Ajay's guest, Ajay responded, “Sir, my girlfriend Tarini is here with me.”
This prompted Amitabh's amusing confession about never having the chance to share such news at home.
