Ameesha Patel Marks a Milestone in Her Career
Mumbai: On January 14, actress Ameesha Patel celebrated an impressive 26 years in the Hindi film industry, receiving heartfelt wishes from her business partner and rumored boyfriend, Kunal Goomer.
Kunal took to social media to honor Ameesha's significant achievement.
He shared a poster from her debut film, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, and expressed admiration for her accomplishments, noting that he had never encountered anyone, especially a woman, who has achieved so much independently in such a competitive industry.
Kunal wrote, “Congratulations to a star, a friend, and family to us, on completing 26 years today. I can honestly say I haven’t met anyone who has accomplished so much, especially as a woman in this industry without a famous surname or a hero partner. And the best is yet to come, my friend @ameeshapatel9 (sic).”
In response, Ameesha reshared his post, thanking him, saying, “Thank you, my sweetest diamond @kuunalgoomer! I couldn’t have done it without you and @shammi being rock solid by my side. Thank you for always supporting me.”
For those unfamiliar, Ameesha made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which premiered on January 14, 2000.
Directed by Rakesh Roshan, the film also introduced superstar Hrithik Roshan, who became an overnight sensation.
The film was a massive success, breaking box office records and becoming a classic in Hindi cinema. Hrithik's dual role and captivating screen presence garnered him instant fame, while Ameesha's performance was widely praised.
