Initially, she refrained from exercising for six weeks post-delivery, but gradually resumed her fitness routine safely.

The actress, known for her role in Gangubai Kathiawadi, even brought her daughter along to Kashmir, where her mother and sister helped care for Raha during the filming. The choreographer, Vaibhav Merchant, coordinated her shooting schedule around her nursing times. Overall, Alia described her experience filming Tum Kya Mile in Kashmir as a thrilling adventure.
