Alexa Bliss Returns to WWE After a Long Hiatus
After a break of over two years, Alexa Bliss made her comeback to WWE during the Royal Rumble 2025 event in February, participating in the Women's Royal Rumble match. Her sporadic appearances on WWE programming have been largely due to her new role as a mother.
In a recent update, Bliss expressed her gratitude towards WWE for their support as she navigates motherhood, including accommodating her baby during her travels. She and her husband, Ryan Cabrera, welcomed their daughter, Hendrix Rouge, on November 27, 2023, which contributed to her extended absence from WWE.

Bliss first revealed her pregnancy in May 2023 and had not competed since losing the Raw Women’s title match to Bianca Belair at that year's Royal Rumble. She made a surprise return as an entrant in the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble match, later qualifying for the Women's Elimination Chamber match after being the last eliminated by Belair.
On May 9, she returned to SmackDown as a mystery partner for Zelina Vega, the second-ever women’s United States Champion. In the following SmackDown episode, Bliss triumphed over Chelsea Green and Michin in a Triple Threat Match, securing her spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank 2025 Ladder Match.
