During a recent interview, Akshay Kumar addressed the anticipated clash between *Bhoot Bangla* and *Dhurandhar 2*. He noted, "When comparing our film to *Dhurandhar: The Revenge*, it’s clear that their movie targets a specific audience with its high-octane action and adult themes. In contrast, *Bhoot Bangla* is designed as a family-friendly film that everyone can enjoy together."

He also expressed his joy over the success of *Dhurandhar 2*, stating, "It’s fantastic to see a film doing so well at the box office. I’m genuinely happy about this. It’s a significant boost for Indian cinema. Regarding the potential clash, a 21-day gap is typically adequate."

After a long hiatus of nearly 14 years, Akshay Kumar is reuniting with director Priyadarshan for *Bhoot Bangla*, which is set to premiere in theaters on April 10, 2026.
