"Everyone started doing tests, and they were like, 'You should get your AMH done,'" she recalled. Being conscious of her health, she emphasized her careful approach to what she consumes and her overall well-being.
Upon testing, Akansha discovered that her AMH levels were lower than expected for her age. Observing friends facing challenges with pregnancy due to unexplained infertility heightened her awareness. "I couldn't stand straight or walk for 2-3 days, feeling as if there was a large balloon inside me," she explained, adding that her doctor suggested her petite frame might have contributed to the sensation.
