On the first Judgement Day, she openly shared her bisexuality, revealing that she had relationships with women prior to her marriage to the Bigg Boss 19 champion. Shreya Kalra disclosed this personal detail in the initial week of the show. Akanksha expressed, “I was bisexual before marriage. I have had some relationships with girls. While they weren't extremely intimate, I have been involved with a few females, and that's it; I like girls. I admire them and feel attracted to them.
