Akanksha further revealed that many accused her of ruining Gaurav's life and his aspirations of parenthood. She questioned why people struggle to accept their separation. When Ram Kapoor attempted to console her, she remarked, "Every day feels worse. I feel like I'm being publicly attacked, akin to a witch trial."

In a segment of the episode, host Farah Khan asked Gaurav if he was aware of Akanksha's sexuality. Akanksha confirmed that he was indeed aware and had accepted her without judgment. "He was very open-minded and understood my feelings, accepting me graciously," she shared.

Earlier in the show, Akanksha disclosed that she identifies as bisexual, revealing past relationships with women, although they were not intimate. "I have a deep admiration and attraction to women; they provide me with a sense of safety in a male-dominated world," she expressed in Hindi.
