Adivi Sesh's Admiration for Mrunal Thakur

It is well-known that Mrunal Thakur joined the cast of Dacoit after another actress exited the project. However, lead actor Adivi Sesh has consistently praised Mrunal, calling her one of the best additions to the film, which is set to premiere on April 10. This Telugu-Hindi bilingual romantic action film, featuring Anurag Kashyap in a significant role, revolves around a revenge narrative. In an exclusive interview, Adivi expressed his admiration for Mrunal, stating, “She is the most down-to-earth person I have ever met,” and humorously noted, “Whenever we discussed scenes, she would sit on the floor.”

Adivi further elaborated on Mrunal's talent and beauty, saying, “She is stunning and her performance is remarkable. Her eyes convey empathy and depth like I have never seen before. She connects instantly with the audience.” Reflecting on their early days of filming, Adivi mentioned that Mrunal would arrive each day with a different mood. “Initially, we were puzzled – one day she was cheerful, and the next she was serious. But by the third day, I realized she was simply adapting to the scene's emotional tone, preparing herself before arriving on set,” he shared.

As Dacoit approaches its release, the chemistry between Adivi and Mrunal is expected to enhance the film's appeal. Notably, Adivi will also showcase his dancing skills for the first time. He admitted that Dacoit challenged him to overcome his childhood fear of dancing, expressing joy over the positive reception of the film's music. “The song has been trending in the top 20 for weeks, which is incredible. I owe thanks to Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh and Canadian artist Jonita Gandhi for their contributions,” he remarked.

Concluding his thoughts, Adivi expressed immense gratitude for the support from the cast and crew during the film's production. “At the pre-release event, I felt overwhelming gratitude. Reflecting on the past two and a half years, I realized how much effort everyone has put into bringing our vision to life, which is far more significant than mere professionalism,” he stated. Dacoit is set to hit theaters this Friday, and the industry has shown strong support for the film's trailer.
