Abrar Qazi is set to debut in a new series titled 'Tu Hi Re Dil Mein,' alongside co-stars Priyanshi Yadav and Simran Rawal, premiering on Zee TV starting June 15. In a recent exclusive interview with a media outlet, Abrar addressed the controversial Rs 370 biryani incident involving stand-up comedian Pranit More. He also conveyed an important message to the youth, emphasizing the need for gender equality and respect for women.

Abrar Qazi's Take on the Rs 370 Biryani Incident

For those unfamiliar, Pranit More faced backlash after he encouraged an audience member, Himanshu Jangra, who shared a story implying that spending Rs 370 on biryani entitled him to sexual favors. The incident sparked outrage online, with many accusing them of endorsing a culture of disrespect towards women. When asked about this, Abrar stated, “Respect should not be conditional on trends or debates. Every person deserves dignity.”

Additionally, Abrar shared a powerful message for young men, urging them to recognize women as equals. He remarked, “Respect should extend beyond family; it should be given to all women. Listen, show empathy, and remember that true strength lies in character, not in dominance.” Notably, both Pranit More and Himanshu Jangra have since apologized following FIRs filed by the Maharashtra Cyber Police.

Abrar Qazi on Relationship Red and Green Flags

When discussing relationship dynamics, Abrar identified dishonesty, disrespect, and manipulative behavior as significant red flags. Conversely, he values honest communication, kindness, empathy, loyalty, and consistency as green flags. He emphasized that trust is the cornerstone of any relationship, making everything else manageable. As 'Tu Hi Re Dil Mein' gains traction, fans are eagerly awaiting its premiere.
