Imphal, July 28: Sorokhaibam Bindyarani Devi, a weightlifter from Manipur, has made headlines by clinching a bronze medal in the women's 58 kg category at the Commonwealth Games 2026 held in Glasgow. Her achievement has garnered significant recognition from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various political figures in Manipur.
