BJP Expresses Gratitude Towards Rahul Gandhi

Currently, the BJP is expressing gratitude towards Rahul Gandhi, who has been vocally criticizing Mamata Banerjee. The party has shared several videos of Gandhi on their social media platforms.

As a senior leader of Congress and the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Rahul Gandhi is also a prominent figure in the opposition alliance. Despite this, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is thanking him for his remarks against both Delhi's former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and West Bengal's current Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Gandhi's recent attacks on these leaders have pleased the BJP, which has been sharing videos where he targets the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Banerjee.

TMC Surprised by Rahul's Comments

The TMC was taken aback by Gandhi's recent comments regarding Banerjee. Within the INDIA alliance, TMC and Congress are supposed to be allies, yet they are now opposing each other in Bengal. Gandhi has accused Banerjee of allowing the BJP to flourish in West Bengal. The BJP has seized on this statement, suggesting that Gandhi acknowledges the BJP's growing presence in the state. Consequently, senior TMC leader Kunal Ghosh has accused Gandhi of acting as a mouthpiece for the BJP.

BJP Shares Rahul's Video

On April 26, the BJP shared a video of Rahul Gandhi, captioning it with thanks for acknowledging that 6,688 companies have left West Bengal and that the remaining jobs are only available to TMC affiliates and corrupt individuals. In the video, Gandhi claims that to secure employment in Bengal, one must have connections within the TMC, as the party only serves its own members and neglects the public.

Gandhi's Previous Remarks

Earlier, on April 23, Gandhi shared another video where he stated that if Banerjee had run a clean government and not polarized Bengal, the BJP would not have gained traction. The Bengal BJP also shared this video, thanking Gandhi for revealing the truth about the TMC.

TMC's Anxiety Over Gandhi's Attacks

The upcoming election is expected to be particularly challenging for the TMC. Congress is contesting independently this time, and Gandhi's recent aggressive stance has heightened TMC's anxiety. It is believed that Congress aims to establish its presence and increase its vote share, assessing the benefits and drawbacks of contesting alone. Gandhi's sudden assertiveness has unsettled the TMC.

Gandhi has been making direct accusations against Banerjee, her party, and her administration, echoing the criticisms typically leveled by the BJP. He has claimed in various rallies that TMC leaders engage in thuggery and corruption, and that Banerjee only serves her party's interests. This has led to TMC leaders feeling pressured, prompting them to respond to Gandhi's allegations.

Rahul Gandhi's Comments on Kejriwal

Rahul Gandhi, who has always been a staunch critic of Arvind Kejriwal, took a jab at him following the recent rebellion within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). A viral video shows Gandhi mocking Kejriwal's earlier claims of practicing a new kind of politics, recalling a time when Kejriwal climbed a pole and arrived in a small car, the Wagon R.

Gandhi criticized Kejriwal for living in a lavish house and accused him of corruption and pollution, stating that he has dismantled the infrastructure developed by Sheila Dikshit.
