Guwahati, June 16: In preparation for upcoming political events, the BJP's organizational efforts in Assam are gaining momentum, highlighted by a significant district-level meeting in Charaideo on Monday.
This meeting was led by Assam BJP President Dilip Saikia, who engaged with party workers and officials following the organizational session.
Numerous senior leaders and party officials were in attendance at this important gathering.
After the meeting, Saikia informed the media that the party is committed to enhancing its organizational framework through consistent meetings at all levels, including district committees, mandals, Shakti Kendras, booths, and various departments.
"We aim to hold monthly meetings on a designated day for district committees, mandals, Shakti Kendras, booths, and departmental units to ensure that our message and initiatives effectively reach every worker," Saikia stated.
He emphasized that the BJP leadership is focused on establishing effective communication between the party's senior leadership and grassroots members throughout Assam via a well-structured organizational system.
Saikia noted that the BJP intends to broaden its organizational influence and enhance its connection with the populace through ongoing grassroots initiatives, while also promoting the accomplishments of both the Central and Assam governments.
The meeting in Charaideo is part of a larger outreach strategy being implemented across Assam in anticipation of future political and electoral endeavors.
Saikia also pointed out the BJP's electoral achievements in Assam, highlighting that the party has maintained its governance in the state since 2016.
He acknowledged the contributions of former Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and current Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in advancing the state's development agenda.
