Punjab National Bank Approves ₹18 Crore in Loans During Outreach Event

Hamirpur: Following directives from the Punjab National Bank's headquarters, the Hamirpur Circle Office hosted a significant Mega Retail Credit Outreach Program on Thursday at the NGO Bhawan. Amitabh Rai, the General Manager from PNB Headquarters in Delhi, attended as the Chief Guest. The event resulted in the in-principle approval of 112 loan applications, totaling ₹18.11 crore.
During the event, Amitabh Rai elaborated on various loan options available, including home loans, vehicle loans, education loans, and PNB property loans. He also highlighted the bank's social security initiatives, encouraging attendees to take advantage of these offerings. Rai emphasized that Punjab National Bank is committed to serving its customers and acts as a financial advisor to the community.
Neeraj Kumar Anand, the Head of the Circle Office, encouraged attendees to utilize the diverse loan schemes provided by PNB, assuring that bank officials are readily available to assist and guide the public, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Rahul Lakhanpuria, Chief Manager and Head of PNB’s Retail, Agriculture, and MSME (RAM) division, shared detailed insights into the various loan products. Senior Manager Akhil Gautam discussed digital banking and other relevant topics, while Pavinder Thakur, Deputy Head of the Circle Office, presented the details of the loan applications submitted during the event.
Ajay Kumar Katna, Director of PNB RSETI, expressed his appreciation to all senior officials and customers present. Chief Manager Gopal Tiwari and other bank representatives were also in attendance at the program.
