Selection Process Overview
Phase 1: Preliminary Examination - This phase consists of a single online objective test lasting 1 hour and worth 100 marks, divided into three sections: English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning, with no sectional cut-offs.
Phase 2: Main Exam - This phase includes an objective test with four sections: Reasoning & Computer, Data Analysis, General Awareness, and English, followed by a descriptive test. Sectional cut-offs apply, and candidates must perform well to advance to Phase 3.
Phase 3: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Personal Interview - Selection will be based on scores from Phase 2 (75% weight) and Phase 3.
