Enhanced Air Travel Between Utkela and Bhubaneswar

Kesinga: The air travel options between western Odisha and the capital city are about to get a major boost, with daily flights set to launch from Utkela Airport in Kalahandi district to Bhubaneswar starting May 25.

IndiaOne Air has announced that this route, which began with two flights weekly and later increased to six days a week, will now feature two daily flights in each direction.

Traveling by air between Utkela and Bhubaneswar will take roughly one hour and ten minutes, a significant reduction compared to the approximately twelve-hour train journey from Titilagarh to Bhubaneswar.

The airline has priced the fare for the Utkela to Bhubaneswar flight at Rs 3,287.

According to the new timetable, the first flight will leave Bhubaneswar at 5:50 AM, arriving in Utkela by 7:00 AM.

The return flight is scheduled to depart Utkela at 7:15 AM, reaching Bhubaneswar at 8:20 AM.

A second flight will take off from Bhubaneswar at 11:20 AM, landing in Utkela at 12:30 PM.

This flight will then leave Utkela at 12:45 PM and arrive back in Bhubaneswar at 1:55 PM.
