Gold Rate Today (June 22, 2026): On June 22, 2026, gold prices in India saw a slight increase. The price rose by 0.3 percent, starting at Rs 1.45 lakh for every 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). According to the All India Sarafa Association, the cost of 24-carat gold is approximately Rs 1,50,000 per 10 grams, including taxes. During the morning trading session, 24-carat gold futures were priced at Rs 1,50,675 per 10 grams on the MCX. The Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) reported that the price for 24-carat gold was Rs 1,47,610 per 10 grams. Data from Goodreturns indicates that the current rates for gold in India are Rs 14,651 per gram for 24-carat gold (99.9% purity), Rs 13,430 per gram for 22-carat gold (91.6% purity), and Rs 10,988 per gram for 18-carat gold (75% purity). Analysts express cautious optimism regarding commodities, especially as precious metals have experienced significant fluctuations due to the ongoing crisis in West Asia.
