VLF Mobster Scooter Set to Enter Indian Market with Exciting Features

Introduction to VLF's New Scooter
In an effort to gain a foothold in the highly competitive motorcycle and scooter sector, VLF is considering the launch of a new scooter model. This follows their earlier introduction of the VLF tennis electric scooter in India, with the upcoming variant expected to be an enhanced version.
Expansion Plans by Velocifero
The Italian brand Velocifero is gearing up to broaden its offerings. They have teamed up with KAW Veloce Motors (KVM) for local assembly operations in India. Recently, the brand announced its plans to introduce the VLF Mobster in the Indian market.
Unique Design Features
The VLF Mobster boasts a distinctive design that lends it a modern look, featuring a headlight positioned on the front apron. Its handlebar design resembles that of a motorcycle, while the scooter includes a single-piece stepped seat, a split rear grab rail, and a sporty floorboard.
Competitive Edge and Specifications
To effectively compete against established models like the TVS Iqube and Honda Activa E, the scooter is expected to come well-equipped. Key features will include a disc brake system, telescopic front forks, dual shock absorbers at the rear, and stylish 12-inch alloy wheels fitted with 120-section tyres in the front and 130-section tyres in the rear.
Performance and Features
The scooter will feature a 5-inch fully digital colour TFT display that supports mobile phone mirroring. Additional amenities will include a USB charging port, dual-channel ABS, and a live dashcam. Motohaus has indicated that the scooter may be available with either a 125cc or a 180cc liquid-cooled engine. The 125cc variant is expected to produce 12 BHP and 11.7 Nm of peak torque, while the 180cc engine will generate 18 BHP and 15.7 Nm of peak torque.
