WWE Raw Recap: Bron Breakker Dominates Ahead of SummerSlam
WWE Raw: A New Era Begins
In recent months, WWE Raw has seen significant changes, particularly with Roman Reigns absent from the ring. The latest episode showcased intense action, culminating in a chaotic segment just days before the highly anticipated SummerSlam event.
The main event on July 28 featured Jey Uso facing Bronson Reed, but the match ended abruptly when Bron Breakker intervened, delivering a spear to Jey and causing a disqualification. Roman Reigns attempted to assist Uso but was quickly overpowered by Breakker.
Breakker's actions sent a clear message to the original members of the Bloodline as they prepare for their tag team match at SummerSlam. Although Reigns initially had the upper hand against Reed, Breakker's interference turned the tide, leading to Reigns being taken down outside the ring.

The chaos escalated as Breakker and Reed teamed up to take down Jey Uso with a spear and a tsunami move. Reigns also suffered a tsunami from Reed, and the assault continued with Breakker launching both Uso and Reigns through the barricade outside the ring. To add insult to injury, Reed removed Reigns' sneaker, claiming it as his trophy. The episode concluded with Breakker and Reed standing victorious alongside Paul Heyman.
Roman Reigns has been absent from WWE programming since the post-WrestleMania 41 episode, following a betrayal by Paul Heyman, who aligned with Seth Rollins to form a new faction. This faction later included Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, who Reigns is now targeting as he seeks revenge and builds up to the SummerSlam storyline.
Reigns has expressed his desire to team up with Jey Uso for a tag match against Reed and Breakker at SummerSlam 2025, and Uso is eager to take on 'The Bron Brons' at this major summer event, with the match officially confirmed last week.
