After SRH chose to bowl first, Sooryavanshi quickly made amends for his previous golden duck by hitting four consecutive sixes off Praful Hinge in the opening over.

Yashasvi Jaiswal attempted to join the scoring spree but fell to Eshan Malinga, caught by Heinrich Klaasen after scoring 10 runs off 8 balls, leaving RR at 40 for 1 in just 2.2 overs.

Late Flourish and Conclusion

Sooryavanshi reached his second IPL century in just 36 balls, hitting a six, a four, and another six in the 14th over, but was dismissed for 103 runs shortly after, leaving RR at 170 for 3.
