The victorious players for UP included Shaurya Bhattacharya and Arjun Prasad in Singles, along with Joshua Seale and Pranav Mardikar in Foursomes.
Shaurya Bhattacharya, Captain of UP Prometheans, expressed, “It was incredibly thrilling as it came down to the wire. We won our initial three matches, ensuring our spot in the finals. The way Manoj and Abhinav Lohan fought back from three down to halve their match was remarkable, showcasing our resilience and determination to reach the finals.”
Ajeetesh Sandhu, Captain of Rajasthan Regals, remarked, “It was a true rollercoaster experience. Playing individually allows for more control, but as a team, the responsibility is shared, and it feels different to contribute to the team's success. Knowing that your match impacts the overall outcome is an exhilarating feeling, and we are thrilled to have made it through.”
