The seventh season of Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) is gearing up to take place in Goa, promising an exciting lineup of matches featuring top franchises and elite players. Ultimate Table Tennis Season 7 Arrives in Goa

Goa's picturesque beaches and vibrant atmosphere will soon host the seventh season of Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT), India's leading franchise-based table tennis league. Scheduled to take place in July 2026, the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium will transform into a hub of thrilling matches featuring top city franchises and elite players from around the globe, as announced in a recent press release from UTT.


A Vision for Indian Table Tennis

Vita Dani, co-promoter of UTT, emphasized the league's significance in enhancing India's table tennis landscape. "Ultimate Table Tennis has become a cornerstone of the sport in India. We have witnessed improvements at all levels, from grassroots initiatives to international competitions. The league has fostered greater exposure, heightened competition, and instilled confidence in Indian athletes. Our goal is to cultivate a world-class league that motivates young players, captivates fans, and aids in the sport's long-term growth. With the recent advancements in Indian table tennis, we are optimistic that UTT will play a vital role in achieving an Olympic medal for India in this sport," she stated.


Legacy and Player Development

Since its launch, UTT has successfully completed six seasons, establishing itself as one of the longest-running sports leagues in India. The league has featured renowned players like Achanta Sharath Kamal while also providing a platform for emerging talents such as Diya Chitale, Manav Thakkar, and Manush Shah to compete against some of the best in the world.


The league's growth coincides with a remarkable period for Indian table tennis. For the first time, both the men's and women's teams qualified for the recent Olympic Games, and Indian players have continued to excel in various international competitions.
