Chao Yi Wang, the top seed, showcased her dominance by defeating qualifier Seina Shima with a score of 11-2, 11-4 on Championship Court. Despite Shima's impressive run to the quarterfinals, which included an upset over the seventh seed, she was unable to withstand Wang's powerful play.

Yufei Long, a local favorite, also advanced after a closely contested match against Pei-Chuan Kao, winning 11-7, 12-10 to keep her championship aspirations alive in front of her home crowd.
