Batting first on a pitch conducive to high scores, Parkar's explosive innings propelled the Blasters to a formidable total of 228/5, marking the second-highest score in the tournament's history. In response, Hardik Tamore showcased his batting prowess with a quickfire 83 runs off 39 balls, while Tanush Kotian's late surge helped the Panthers match the Blasters' score, leading to a Super Over.


Parkar's Record-Breaking Century


The Blasters started strong, with Parkar and Prateekkumar Ravishankar forming a solid opening partnership of 101 runs in just eight overs. Ravishankar contributed a brisk 33 runs off 15 balls before being dismissed. Parkar then launched a stunning assault on off-spinner Tanush Kotian, hitting three consecutive sixes to reach his century in just 46 balls.


Parkar also built a 67-run partnership with Parag Khanapurkar, who scored 22 runs off 15 balls. Ultimately, Parkar's innings concluded at 110 runs, featuring 10 fours and 7 sixes.
