In a remarkable performance, Shrawni Deshmukh secured the Intermediate Women's Singles title by defeating Sara Yadav with a score of 21-4 at the Picklebay Zonals - North, an event sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA) and classified as a PWR 700 tournament. The competition took place at Horizon x Courtplay in Gurgaon on June 26. Shrawni showcased her dominance throughout the final, applying consistent pressure and executing precise shots that left Sara struggling to respond.

Shrawni's journey to the final included a confident semifinal win against Justina Borgohain, where she triumphed with a score of 15-8. On the other hand, Sara reached the final after a hard-fought semifinal against Sanjana Sirimalla, winning 15-12. Despite Sara's commendable effort to reach the final, Shrawni's skill proved overwhelming, as she quickly established control and concluded the match decisively.
