Renowned cricketer Sachin Tendulkar expressed his pride in his son Arjun Tendulkar following his debut for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL 2026. He commended Arjun for his patience, discipline, and dedication during his long wait for a chance to play.

In a post on X, Sachin stated, "Congratulations, Arjun. I am proud of how you've conducted yourself this season, maintaining faith in your skills, staying patient, working diligently behind the scenes, and keeping a positive attitude even while waiting for your moment until the last match."

Arjun's Performance in His IPL Debut

During his first IPL match for LSG, Arjun bowled four overs, allowing 36 runs and taking the wicket of Prabhsimran Singh, who scored 69 runs off 39 balls, including seven fours and two sixes.

Despite a costly performance in a high-scoring match, Arjun's debut drew attention.
