An FIR has been lodged against him, and the complaint has also reached the office of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, as the woman sought assistance from higher authorities.


Details of the Complaint

The complainant, Ujjwala Singh, stated that she had been in a relationship with Dayal for five years and had met his family. She alleged that he manipulated her emotionally, financially, and physically. Upon realizing his true intentions, Ujjwala claimed to have faced an attack from the cricketer. The FIR also mentions that Dayal was involved in similar deceptive relationships with other women. Ujjwala reached out to the women's helpline on June 14, 2025, but faced challenges at the police station.


Victim Seeks Help from CM's Office

According to the FIR, Ujjwala attempted to file her complaint through the women's helpline, but the police did not proceed with her case. Feeling vulnerable both socially and economically, she has turned to the Chief Minister's Office for justice. Ujjwala possesses video calls, screenshots, and chat records to support her claims and is urging for a swift hearing and appropriate punishment for Dayal.
