After this hard-fought match on Sunday, head coach Ricky Ponting praised the team's determination in the dressing room.

In his speech, Ponting emphasized the players' ability to maintain a straightforward yet effective strategy throughout the tournament, encouraging them to play their natural game regardless of the circumstances.

Ponting expressed his satisfaction with the batting lineup, which set a formidable target of 219 runs for the Royals. He particularly commended Nehal Wadhera for his outstanding performance, scoring 70 runs off just 37 deliveries.
