Meeting His Idol: Praful Hinge Reflects on Pat Cummins

In an interview on 'JioStar Press Room', Praful expressed how special it was to meet Pat Cummins for the first time. He shared his admiration for Cummins, noting that he has closely followed his bowling techniques and routines. Cummins responded positively, offering support and guidance during training, which significantly boosted Praful's confidence.

"When I saw him in the camp for the first time, I was thrilled. I told him, 'Pat, I am a huge fan.' He replied, 'Oh, nice, good to hear.' I explained how I have followed his bowling since I started playing cricket, watching all his videos and analyzing his Test match performances. He encouraged me, saying, 'Great, let's keep working together. I will be there to help you out when you bowl.' That was incredibly motivating for me," Praful recounted.

Belief in Manifestation: Praful Hinge on His Debut Success

Praful revealed that he had envisioned taking 3-4 wickets in a match, although he didn't anticipate achieving this on his debut. He attributed his success to his belief in manifestation and emphasized the importance of enjoying the game. Looking ahead, he aims to contribute to the team's victories by focusing on one match at a time and preparing thoroughly.

"I had written down my goal of taking 3-4 wickets in a match, but I never expected it to happen in my debut. I am very thankful for that. I believe in manifestation, and I went into the game with the mindset of enjoying myself. My main goal is to help the team win. Winning the trophy is our ultimate focus, but we take it one game at a time, planning for each match and striving to dominate every opponent," he stated.

Mixed Results and Future Matches

Following the match against RR, Praful played against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) but could not replicate his earlier success, finishing with figures of 1/60 in four overs. He was not included in the playing eleven against the Delhi Capitals, and it remains uncertain if he will participate in the upcoming match against the Rajasthan Royals on Saturday.
