This program includes various benefits aimed at promoting participation, such as discounted membership rates, free introductory classes, reduced fees for leagues and court bookings, and priority scheduling for events.

Ben Beasley, the owner of Pickleball Play 365, mentioned that companies are adopting diverse strategies regarding the membership offerings. “Many employers opt to cover membership costs as part of their wellness initiatives, while others simply provide discounted memberships for their employees,” he explained. Regardless of the approach, employees enjoy the same preferred pricing and access to a professional and welcoming facility.
