Nilesh Desai, a medallist at the Pickleball World Cup, showcased his skills by winning the 50+ Men's Singles title at the Picklebay Zonals - North. This event, sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA), took place at The Horizon X Courtplay in Gurgaon on Tuesday. In the final match, Nilesh displayed exceptional performance, defeating Raghavan Rocky with a score of 15-3. His journey to the title was marked by a strong semifinal victory over Ankur Seth, whom he beat 15-2.

Raghavan Rocky faced a tougher path to the finals, overcoming Jasminder Singh in a challenging semifinal that ended 15-12. The battle for third place was equally intense, with Jasminder edging out Ankur 15-13 to claim the bronze medal. Nilesh's impressive performance throughout the tournament solidified his status as a top contender in the veterans' category.
