In just a week, rising WWE star Lola Vice will have the chance to claim a championship title at the NXT No Mercy 2025 premium live event, marking a significant milestone in her career. After dedicating three years to honing her skills in WWE's developmental system, she is eager to step into the spotlight.

Vice earned her title shot by defeating Kelani Jordan and Jaida Parker in a triple threat match during the NXT Heatwave event last month. Discussing this pivotal moment with Going Ringside's Scott Johnson, she shared her current mindset.

She emphasized that Jacy Jayne, the current NXT Women’s Champion, previously took the title from her fellow countrywoman, Stephanie Vaquer, and she feels it is her responsibility to reclaim it. Vice is also aware that she will face not only Jayne but also Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx from Fatal Influence.

“This is my third opportunity challenging for the title and I believe now more than ever, I’m ready. Jacy is a very tough champion. She took the title off of Stephanie,” Vice stated. “[Jayne has] Fallon and Jazmyn, even though I’ve knocked them both out already. I think I have my hands full next Saturday.”

As she has progressed in her WWE journey, Lola Vice considers herself among the elite competitors in NXT. With the event taking place in her hometown of Miami, she views this as a chance to fulfill her dream of winning the championship in front of her friends and family. She likens this opportunity to WrestleMania.

“Next Saturday is my WrestleMania in Miami. Like this is my moment and this is my opportunity to bring that title home… it just really feels like the stars aligning and this is my moment.”

Leading up to NXT No Mercy 2025, Lola Vice showcased her skills at WWE Worlds Collide 2025 last weekend, where she and Mr. Iguana triumphed over Judgment Day (World Tag Team Champion Finn Balor & Roxanne Perez) in a Mixed Tag Team Match. Vice secured the victory by pinning Perez with a spinning back elbow, gaining momentum ahead of her title match against Jayne.
