Originating from Prayagraj, Kartik has progressed through the domestic cricket ranks, having trained in Ghaziabad and played Under-19 cricket before joining the UP domestic circuit. He made his Ranji Trophy debut last season and has also served as a net bowler for a prominent franchise.
